The carbon fiber handle is NOT filled with foam since the foam makes the handle heavier. The lower end has a 6" wood core which is hollowed out for lightness. The core is solid where the cross bolt is fitted and is sealed with epoxy. Each end is sealed with premium epoxy. It has the "Fish Scale" finish pioneered by me which minimizes slipping when lifting your handle. Dimensions: 1 3/8" OD x 48" long and weighs a mere 13 oz

The angle of the handle is at 20 degrees which most find perfect.
